Chair –Brandon Hui

Brandon Hui is a Director with Park Georgia Insurance Agencies and has worked with Manulife in Asia, as well as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Toronto. He obtained his Bachelors of Commerce at Queen’s University.

Vice Chair –Stephanie Li

Stephanie Li is the Founder and CEO of Spotlight West Communications, an award-winning global communications, marketing and strategy firm. She advises organizations, leaders and public figures on strategic communications, brand positioning, cross-cultural strategy and market expansion. Stephanie holds a Master’s in Management from Harvard University, completed the General Management Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.

Secretary –Dr. Linh Le

Entrepreneur and scientist specializing in healthcare innovation, Linh has lead deep tech startups, built strategic partnerships, and translated research into impactful, scalable solutions and most recently apppointed Adjuct Professor at UBC.

Treasurer –Gallant Ma

Gallant Ma is the Regional Director of Finance – Western Region at Dilawri Group of Companies. He is also a news host and commentator for various news programs at local Chinese media.

Director –Bill Bai

Bill is CIBC Imperial Service’s Community GM, leading 20+ advisors across 5 banking centers and passionate about community engagement and financial leadership.

Director –Jason Cheng

Jason Cheng is a trained economist and an investor in small businesses. He earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from UBC.

Director –Irene Hsu

Community leader, private lender, and longtime volunteer supporting immigrant integration, financial empowerment, and community engagement.

Director –Shasha Liu

Shasha Liu is a media professional and community leader focused on communications, creative initiatives, community engagement, and connecting people and communities.

Director –Kevin Ma

Approachable energetic leader who inspires teams, builds relationships, brings positivity and resilience, consistently delivers impactful results for clients and community.

Director –Justin Tang

Entrepreneur, innovator, and multilingual leader pioneering immersive entertainment experiences while building community connections through creativity and leadership across Canada.

Director –Eugene Tseng

Eugene Tseng is an active member of our community and lives in Colwood with his wife, two daughters, and dog.
